Is your Sugar-Free diet suffering because you can’t tame your sweet tooth? Do you wish you could enjoy delicious treats without sabotaging your diet? Well, now you can! Check out this list of the best healthy sugar-free snacks.
Staying on a sugar-free diet can be difficult. Especially if you have a sweet tooth as I do. I’ve been on a sugar-free diet for more than two years. And, while I wish I could say my love of sweets has disappeared, it hasn’t.
So that’s why I needed to find healthy snacks that I enjoy eating. Because if I don’t, I’ll fall back into the habit of munching on foods that aren’t good for me and that contain added sugar.
I want to continue this sugar-free lifestyle. Because, as I described in my post, I Quit Sugar! My Amazing One-Year Results of Sugar-Free Living, I feel much healthier and have more energy.
But, it’s not easy finding great tasting, healthy, sweet treats. I’ve tried many snacks that claim to taste delicious but were bland and grainy. Or, they were too sweet or not sweet enough. Some even contain so much Coconut it overshadows every other flavor, while others have a strange aftertaste.
Over time, however, I’ve found several favorites I enjoy. Here are the best, healthy no-sugar snacks I’ve discovered.

Favorite Chocolate Sugar-Free Candy
Choc Zero
Okay, I admit I am a chocoholic. My favorite desserts always contain chocolate, and the more chocolate, the better. That’s why I was delighted to find Choc Zero.
In addition to tasting great, all of Choc Zero’s products are Sugar-Free, Keto-friendly, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, and contain No Sugar Alcohols.
But best of all, they’re Delightfully Delicious!
My favorite ChocZero candies are:
Milk Chocolate squares. These melt in your mouth chocolate squares are so creamy and delicious. If you prefer Dark chocolate, they have those too.
Milk Chocolate Pecan Keto Bark Individually wrapped chocolate bars with added coarsely chopped pecans. Dark chocolate is also available.
Peanut Butter Cups Available in Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate. These peanut butter cups are out of this world!
In addition to candies, Choc Zero has a variety of great sugar-free syrups. I use the maple pecan syrup on pancakes and to bake desserts calling for maple syrup. And, the chocolate syrup is perfect for pouring over ice cream.
I also enjoy their chocolate chips available in Dark chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate. In my opinion, these are the best no-sugar chocolate chips on the market for baking.
Lily’s chocolate
Lily’s Chocolate is another company that has a variety of delicious chocolate candies. I don’t eat these often, though, because like many chocolate companies, most of their items contain soy-lecithin, and I try to stay soy-free as much as possible.
But, if Soy isn’t a problem for you, give Lily’s chocolates a try. They have an extensive line of candies in a variety of flavors, so you’re sure to find a flavor you enjoy.
Favorite Sugar-Free Cookies and Brownies
Highkey Mini Cookies
If you’ve missed real store-bought cookies, you’ll be thrilled to try High Key Mini Cookies. Dunk these crispy treats in milk, eat them like cereal in a bowl, or spread nut butter between two cookies to create a sandwich cookie. These crunchy, mini cookies are so much fun; you’ll feel like a kid again.
There are six varieties to choose from – Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Lemon, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Brownie, and Snickerdoodle.
Best of all, they taste marvelous. And these snacks are Keto-Friendly, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, and have no artificial colors or sweeteners. Plus, there are 4 grams of protein in each serving. Highkey Mini Cookies are deliciously healthy, sugar-free, snacks!
Miss Jones Keto Brownies and Muffins
One dessert I missed after eliminating added sugar from my diet is brownies. I love fudgy brownies with a crispier top. Most sugar-free recipes and mixes I tried were lacking, but Miss Jone’s Keto Brownie mix is excellent. Especially when I exchange pecan butter for the melted butter, it calls for. I even sometimes add pecans and Chocolate chips to the mix for extra goodness.
When I want to make a full-out lavish dessert, I will top the warm baked brownies with Enlightened Butter Pecan Ice Cream and warmed Nuti Light Hazelnut and Milk Chocolate Spread. This dessert is in no way low in calories or fat, so I don’t make it often, but when I do, it’s chocolate heaven. 🙂
If you’re more the muffin type, Miss Jones has a wonderful blueberry muffin mix that’s perfect for breakfast or snacktime.
Good to Go Soft Baked Bars
If you like the taste of a softer cookie, then you’ll love the Good To Go bars. Individually packaged, these are perfect for on-the-go snacking.
These bars aren’t overly sweet like some of the other snacks on this list. They have a lighter taste, which is refreshing and perfect for any time of the day.
They come in eight varieties – Vanilla Almond, Cocoa Coconut, Raspberry Lemon, Cinnamon Pecan, Blueberry Cashew, Chocolate Mint, Double Chocolate, and Strawberry Macadamia.
Good To Go Snack Bars are Keto Friendly, Vegan, Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, Peanut-Free, Non-GMO, Soy-Free, and Kosher.

Catalina Crunch Cereal
When cereal tastes this good, it’s a shame to save it just for breakfast. Pour some in a bowl with milk or eat it straight out of the bag. This crunchy deliciousness is perfect as a snack at any time of the day or night. And unlike other cereals, it doesn’t get soggy in milk. It stays crunchy to the last bite.
Even better, it’s healthy! Check out these facts. Catalina Crunch Cereals are Keto-Friendly, Gluten and Grain Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, with no added sugars, and loaded with nutritional value. One serving has 11g of protein and 9 grams of fiber.
Catalina Crunch Cereal comes in various flavors – Cinnamon Toast, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Fruity, Dark Chocolate, Maple Waffle, Honey Graham, Chocolate Banana, and Mint Chocolate Chip.
And while I haven’t tried all the varieties yet, I can tell you the ones I’ve tried are great!
Plus, I just found out Catalina Crunch has Sandwich Cookies! Vanilla Cream sandwiched between two chocolate cookies and their Keto! I thought my chocolate cream-filled cookie days were over. I can’t wait to give these a try! 🙂 As soon as I do, I’ll update this post.
Nuti Light
Nuti Light is a sugar-free chocolate nut spread that is Non-GMO, Soy-Free, and Gluten-Free. It’s rich, creamy, and versatile. You can spread it on homemade banana nut bread, sandwich it between two cookies, warm it and pour over your ice-cream, or just eat it straight from the jar! 😉
Nuti Light comes in four flavors – Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Almond Spread.

When I’m craving a soda, I grab a Zevia Soda. These refreshing fizzy drinks are sweetened with stevia and contain no added sugar, sugar alcohols, or artificial sweeteners. They are Gluten-Free, Vegan, Keto-Friendly, Paleo-Friendly, Non-GMO, Kosher, and are all-natural.
Plus, there are fourteen different flavors to choose from – Cola, Caffeine-Free Cola, Cherry Cola, Dr. Zevia, Mountain Zevia, Black Cherry, Cream Soda, Ginger Ale, Root Beer, Grape, Grapefruit Citrus, Lemon Lime Twist, Orange, and Strawberry.
